Understanding weather forecasts can be difficult, especially when you try to translate the jargon from Spanish to English. A Spanish friend once told me that tiempo mañana is about tomorrow’s weather, which isn’t technically wrong, but it doesn’t tell you everything that you need to know about how the weather will be tomorrow (cómo estará el tiempo mañana)—which in this case will be mostly sunny with a high of 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21 degrees Celsius).
